Our Quality Understanding

The Company Top Management has defined an effective Quality Management System specifying the quality devotedness of Epsilon Teknoloji and complying with the company’s vision-mission statement and Epsilon Teknoloji Quality Policy aiming for continual improvement and forming a framework for the process targets and review activities; and their conformity is periodically being reviewed. Epsilon Teknoloji informs all the personnel, at their employment, concerning the existing Quality Management System in line with the Training and Competence Evaluation procedure, to ensure that the quality policy is received and understood by all the employees. Moreover, to ensure that the Quality Policy is completely comprehended by the employees, the Quality Policy has been enlarged and hung to pre-determined locations within the company building.

 In this scope;

IN RELATION TO THE SUPPLIED PRODUCTS AND SERVICES;OUR QUALITY POLICY IS TO MEET THE CUSTOMER REQUIREMENTS THAT ARE PRE-DEFINED OR THAT CAN ARISE LATER, IN A TIMELY AND COMPLETE MANNER, WITH OUR QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM COMPLYING WITH THE NATIONAL / INTERNATIONAL STANDARDS AND LEGAL REQUIREMENTS/LEGISLATIVE CONDITIONS AND THAT IS BASED ON THE PROCESS-BASED MANAGEMENT AND CONTINUAL DEVELOPMENT PRINCIPLE, WITHIN TOTAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT APPROACH, WITH THE PARTICIPATION OF ALL OUR PERSONNEL AND THE PROVISION OF ALL THE NECESSARY RESOURCES.
